Argentina's Agro Transportes plans to sell ARS 6 million notes at par

Pittsburgh, Dec. 14 - Agro Transportes SA plans to sell up to ARS 6 million of 60-month series 1 notes at par, according to a news release.

The notes will accrue interest at the Badlar rate plus a margin to be announced.

The minimum subscription amount will be ARS 10,000. Notes will be sold in ARS 1 increments after that.

Agro Transportes is a Cordoba, Argentina, fruit and nut company.
