Moody's: Agrokor view to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on the ratings of Agrokor dd to positive from stable.

The change in outlook to positive from stable reflects the improved operating performance of the company during the first nine months of 2010 combined with the enhanced headroom under its bank debt covenants and improved debt maturity profile, Moody's said.

Despite that the macroeconomic environment in its key markets remains challenging, although improving marginally compared to 2009, Agrokor managed to increase or maintain its market share in key segments, the agency said.
