New Issue: Croatia's Agrokor prices €100 million 11% add-on at 102.333

New York, May 5 - Agrokor dd priced its €100 million add on to its 11% senior secured notes due 2007 (B1/B+) at 102.333, according to market sources.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and for general corporate purposes.

Deutsche Bank is the bookrunner on the Regulation S issue for the Croatian food company.

The issue will be listed on the Luxembourg and Zagreb Stock Exchanges.

The original €130 million issue priced on March 13, 2002 at par.
