Agrokor sets price talk at 10½% area for €400 million notes due 2016

By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Nov. 30 - Croatia's Agrokor DD set price guidance Monday at the 10½% area for its planned €400 million issue of senior notes due 2016 (B2/B), according to a London-based market source.

BNP Paribas and UniCredit are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The notes are non-callable for four years. Proceeds will be used to repay debt.

Pricing is expected by Wednesday.

Agrokor is a Zagreb-based consumer food product company.
