Croatia's Agrokor to roadshow add-on in Europe

New York, April 16 - Agrokor dd plans to roadshow an add-on to its €130 million 11% notes due 2007 (B1/B+) in Europe during the week of April 26, according to a market source.

A roadshow is expected to make stops in Vienna, Athens, Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich and London.

Deutsche Bank is the sole bookrunner for the offering.

The original €130 million senior guaranteed secured notes due April 3, 2007 priced in March 2002 to yield 11%. The notes are non-callable.

Agrokor is a Zagreb, Croatia-based food company.
