Agrokor 150 million euros five-year notes talked in 11% area

St. Louis, Mo., Feb. 25 - Agrokor d.d.'s offering of €150 million senior guaranteed notes due 2007 (B1/B+) are talked at a yield in the 11% area, according to market sources.

Credit Suisse First Boston is bookrunner for the deal.

The notes are non-callable and are guaranteed by at least 90% of the Zagreb, Croatia-based food company's operating subsidiaries.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt, according to market sources.
