Consolidated Graphics to use revolver borrowings toward Kelmscott acquisition

Pittsburgh, Jan. 26 - Consolidated Graphics Inc. said it will use available capacity under its revolving credit facility to complete the acquisition of Kelmscott Communications LLC.

The transaction is expected to close in March, subject to certain conditions and the approvals of the boards of Consolidated Graphics and Kelmscott.

Consolidated Graphics is a Houston-based commercial sheetfed, web and digital printing company.
