Moody’s changes view on Avangrid units

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the A3 senior unsecured rating of Connecticut Natural Gas Corp. and the A3 issuer rating of Berkshire Gas Co., two subsidiaries of Avangrid, Inc. (Baa1 stable).

Moody's also changed the outlook of Connecticut Natural Gas to positive from stable, reflecting enhanced regulatory support and stronger financial metrics, and changed the outlook of Berkshire Gas to stable from positive, reflecting an expectation that cash flow to debt metrics will remain steady at around 20% over the next three years, the agency said.
