Moody's rates Conn. housing bonds Aaa, Aaa/VMIG1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of Aaa to the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority Housing Mortgage Finance Program's $123 million of 2008 series A-1, A-2 and A-3, and an Aaa/VMIG1 rating to the program's $120 million of 2008 series A-4 and A-5 variable-rate bonds.

At the same time, Moody's said it affirmed the Aaa rating on all of the program's outstanding bonds.

The outlook is stable.

The 2008 series A-4 and A-5 bonds are supported by a standby bond purchase agreement from JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA.
