Kazakhstan’s Agricultural Credit plans KZT 40 billion of bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 17 – Agricultural Credit Corp. has registered to issue two series of bonds, according to two Kazakhstan Stock Exchange notices.

The company is planning KZT 7.1 billion of 15.3% bonds with a term of 174 months and KZT 32.9 billion of 14.3% bonds with a term of 114 months, according to separate prospectuses.

Both series of bonds will be issued under the Astana, Kazakhstan-based company’s KZT 150 billion bond program registered in November 2015.
