New Issue: Agricultural Bank of China prices $200 million more 2.1% notes due 2017

Madison, Wis., June 25 – Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. priced an additional $200 million of 2.1% guaranteed notes due 2017 at par on June 19.

The notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the $300 million of 2.1% notes due 2017 issued on Oct. 16, 2014, according to a notice.

The notes will be issued through Advance Wisdom Investments Ltd. and will be guaranteed by Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. Hong Kong Branch.

ABC International, Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, China Construction Bank (Asia), China Investment Securities (HK), China Securities (International) and Southwest Securities (HK) Brokerage Ltd. are the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the additional notes.

Listing of the Regulation S notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. is expected to become effective Friday.

Based in Beijing, the commercial bank has branches in mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
