New Issue: Agricultural Bank of China sells RMB 1.2 billion two-year notes at par to yield 3¼%

Atlanta, May 9 - Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. sold RMB 1.2 billion two-year notes (A1) at par to yield 3¼%, a market source said.

Deutsche Bank was the bookrunner for the Regulation S deal.

The commercial bank is based in Beijing.
