New Issue: Agricultural Bank of China sells HK$3 billion 0.66% notes due 2023

New York, March 3 – Agricultural Bank of China Ltd. issued HK$3 billion of 0.66% notes due 2023 (A1//) at par on Tuesday, according to a notice.
The Regulation S notes were issued under the $15 billion medium-term note program of the bank’s Macau Branch.
Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, ABC International, Bank of China Macau Branch, HSBC, China Construction Bank (Asia), China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch, China International Capital Corp., CMBC Capital, DBS Bank Ltd., ICBC (Macau) and Mizuho Securities were the bookrunners.
Based in Beijing, the commercial bank has branches in mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
