China’s ABC International applies to list $3.5 billion note program

Columbus, Ohio, June 19 – ABC International Holdings Ltd. has applied to list a one-year $3.5 billion medium-term note program, according to a notice with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.

The notes would be issued by Inventive Global Investments Ltd. and guaranteed by the company.

ABC International and Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., Hong Kong Branch are the arrangers.

The listing is expected to take effect on Monday.

ABC International is owned by Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., a Beijing-based commercial bank with branches in mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore.
