S&P revises Concentra view to stable

S&P said it raised its outlook on Concentra Inc. to stable from negative on better-than-expected performance. The company’s issuer credit rating was affirmed at B+.

The stable outlook reflects S&P’s view that Concentra's growth rate, inclusive of small tuck-in acquisitions and de novos, will be slightly better than the industry average, with improving EBITDA margins and discretionary cash flow generation of about $90 million, S&P said in a news release.

The company “has performed slightly better than our expectations following its February 2018 acquisition of U.S. HealthWorks, and we expect further improvement this year,” S&P said in a news release.
