Computer Sciences extends $2.98 billion credit agreement

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 29 – Computer Sciences Corp. received commitments Thursday to extend its $2.98 billion credit agreement dated Oct. 13, 2013, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As a result, $2.84 billion of the commitments will mature on Jan. 15, 2022, $70 million of the commitments will mature on Jan. 15, 2021 and $70 million of the commitments will mature on Jan. 15, 2020.

Computer Sciences is a Falls Church, Va.-based provider of information technology and professional services.
