Complete Genomics greenshoe exercised in $79.06 million stock offering
Shares sold at $12.50 apiece through bookrunners Jefferies, UBS

Knoxville, Tenn., June 1 - Complete Genomics, Inc. said it sold $79.06 million of common stock in a public offering. The deal priced for $68.75 million with a $10.31 million over-allotment option, which was fully exercised on May 26.
The company sold 6,325,000 common shares at $12.50 apiece. Of the shares, 825,000 were part of the fully exercised greenshoe. The price per share is a 6.16% discount to the company's $13.32 closing share price on May 25.
Jefferies & Co., Inc. and UBS Investment Bank were the bookrunners. Baird and Cowen & Co. were co-managers.
Mountain View, Calif.-based Complete Genomics makes a DNA sequencing platform for human genome sequencing and analysis.
