Underwriters granted greenshoe for $10.31 million of additional shares

Tacoma, Wash., May 26 - Complete Genomics, Inc. priced a public offering of 5.5 million shares of its common stock at $12.50 per share for a total of $68.75 million.
There is an over-allotment option for an additional $10.31 million of stock, according to a company news release.
The price per share is a 6.16% discount to the company's $13.32 closing share price on May 25.
Jefferies & Co., Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the bookrunners. Baird and Cowen & Co. are acting as co-managers.
Mountain View, Calif.-based Complete Genomics makes a DNA sequencing platform for human genome sequencing and analysis.
