New Issue: Wisconsin HEFA sells $57.26 million bonds for Agnesian Healthcare

New York, Nov. 9 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority sold $57.26 million of series 2010 revenue bonds for Agnesian Healthcare Inc. on Tuesday, according to a term sheet.

The bonds (A3/A-/) were sold through Piper Jaffray & Co. and are due 2011 to 2021 with term bonds due 2025, 2030 and 2040. Coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2025 bonds have a split maturity with a 5% coupon priced at 97.968 and a 5.5% coupon priced at 102.921. The 2030 bonds have a 5.75% coupon priced at 102.812, and the 2040 bonds have a 5.5% coupon priced at 97.85.

Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance the construction, acquisition and equipment of the health care system's South and West towers at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac, Wis., which includes inpatient facilities at the renovation of existing patient rooms.
