Community Health to pay down term loans with secured notes proceeds

New York, Aug. 7 - Community Health Systems Inc. plans on repaying some term loans using proceeds from a $1.25 billion senior secured notes offering, according to a news release.

Community Health is a Franklin, Tenn.-based operator of general acute care hospitals.
