Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana contemplates refunding deal

New York, Jan. 23 – The Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana Inc. announced its intention to price refunding bonds.
The bonds will be used to refund the corporation’s series 2007 Indiana Health and Educational Facility Financing Authority hospital revenue bonds in par amount of $150,835,000.
The exact details of the prospective deal were unavailable, and the corporation is under no obligation to conduct the deal.
