Commonwealth Transportation, Va., readies $275.99 million bond deal

New York, April 25 – The Commonwealth Transportation Authority of Virginia is scheduled to price $275,985,000 of series 2016 transportation capital projects revenue bonds on May 4, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold competitively with Public Resources Advisory Group LLC as the financial adviser.

The bonds are due 2017 to 2041.

Proceeds will be used to finance transportation projects in the commonwealth.
