New Issue: Commonwealth Transportation, Va., prices $274.98 million revenue bonds

New York, Nov. 19 – The Commonwealth Transportation Board of Virginia sold $274.98 million of series 2014 transportation capital projects revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa1/AA+/AA+) were sold competitively.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2039 with 2% to 5% coupons and 0.11% to 3.7% yields.
Proceeds will be used to finance statewide transportation projects.
