New York, Dec. 6 - Commerce Resources Corp. said it has concluded a non-brokered private placement for C$1,064,199.
The company sold 8,868,333 units at C$0.12 each to RAB Capital plc.
The units include one share and one warrant. The warrants are exercisable at C$0.18 each for one year.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Commerce is a mineral exploration and development company.
