DBRS: Cominar notes BBB (low)

DBRS said it assigned a BBB (low) rating with a stable trend to C$100 million of 4.941% series 4 senior debentures due 2020 issued by Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust.

Proceeds will be used to repay amounts outstanding under the REIT's credit facility and for general trust purposes.
