Comcast eyes 30-year bond offering via three bookrunners

New York, Nov. 23 – Comcast Corp. is planning to price an offering of notes due Feb. 1, 2046, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for working capital, general corporate purposes and commercial paper.

The bookrunners are E. Sun Commercial Bank Ltd., MasterLink Securities Corp. and SinoPac Securities Corp.

Comcast is a Philadelphia-based provider of entertainment, information and communication products and services.
