Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 6 - Comaplex Minerals Corp. said it plans a private placement of stock to raise between C$3.1 million and C$5.04 million.
The company will sell between 400,000 and 650,000 flow-through common shares at C$7.75 apiece.
J.F. Mackie & Co. Ltd. will be the agent.
Proceeds will be used for exploration. The deal will settle on Dec. 14.
Based in Calgary, Alta., Comaplex is a precious metals, base metals and diamond exploration and development company.
