New Issue: Columbia School District, Mo., sells $71.49 million improvement bonds

New York, March 19 – The Columbia School District of Missouri sold $71,485,000 of series 2015 improvement and refunding general obligation bonds, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa1) were sold through senior manager Piper Jaffray & Co.
The bonds are due 2016 to 2026 and 2028 to 2035 with 2% to 5% coupons and 0.25% to 3.3% yields.
Proceeds will be used to finance district-wide capital improvements and refund existing G.O. debt.
