New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $751,000 buffered return equity securities on stock basket

Olympia, Wash., March 13 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $751,000 of 0% buffered return equity securities due March 9, 2021 linked to a basket of five stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The underlying stocks are Exxon Mobil Corp., Verizon Communications Inc., International Business Machines Corp., Pfizer Inc. and 3M Co., each with a 20% weight.

If the final basket level is greater than the initial basket level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return, capped at par plus 11.1%. If the basket declines by 5% or less, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the basket declines beyond 5%.
