Company plans to raise $1 million in the initial tranche of offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 10 - Agent155 Media Corp. said it plans to raise $1 million in the first tranche of a $5 million private placement.

Denver's Agent155 will offer a website for the global artistic and athletic communities.
