By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, May 6 - The Regional Transportation District of Colorado plans to price $225,655,000 of series 2013A certificates of participation during the week of May 6, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (Aa3//A+) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as the senior manager.

Proceeds will be used to replace buses and other transit equipment and to refund the district's series 2005A COPs which were initially issued to acquire light rail vehicles.
