New Issue: Colorado prices $58.24 million of University of Colorado COPs

New York, Feb. 26 - The State of Colorado sold $58,235,000 of series 2013A University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center Fitzsimmons academic refunding certificates of participation, according to a pricing sheet.
The COPs (Aa2) were sold through Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc.
The certificates are due 2016 to 2017 and 2026 to 2029 with 4% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to refund the university's series 2005 COPs for debt service savings.
