New Issue: Colorado details $146.64 million sale of Building Excellent Schools Today COPs

New York, Nov. 30 - The State of Colorado released additional information Wednesday on its $146.635 million offering of series 2011G Building Excellent Schools Today certificates of participation.
The COPs (Aa2) were sold Tuesday through RBC Capital Markets LLC.
The certificates are due 2012 to 2030 with a term bond due in 2032. The serial coupons range from 1% to 5%.
Proceeds will be used to finance school construction projects.
