Moody's upgrades Colonial Realty

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded the senior unsecured rating of Colonial Realty LP to Baa3 from Ba1.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the rating action reflects Colonial's success in executing on its plan to improve its balance sheet and simplify its business structure in recent years.
