Colonial Commercial plans tender offer for convertible preferreds

New York, July 9 - Colonial Commercial Corp. announced plans to make a tender offer for any and all of its convertible preferred stock for $1.25 each.

The offer is subject to regulatory approvals.

Hawthorne, N.J.-based Colonial Commercial distributes heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment parts and accessories.
