Agence Francaise de Developpement prices $1 billion five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 85 bps

New York, Sept. 27 - Agence Francaise de Developpement priced $1 billion of five-year notes (Aaa/AAA/) on Thursday to yield mid-swaps plus 85 basis points, a market source said.

The notes were sold under Regulation S.

Bookrunners were BNP Paribas Securities Corp. Daiwa Securities America Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.

The issuer provides development and financing assistance to developing countries.
