Chicago, June 23 – Agence Francaise de Developpement (AA/AA) priced $1 billion of 3.125% senior notes due 2024 at 99.773 to yield 3.244%, a market source reported.
The spread came on top of price talk at 22 basis points to SOFR mid-swaps after talk in the 22 bps area. Alternatively, the spread was 32.53 bps over Treasuries.
The Regulation S notes were sold by BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Daiwa Securities America Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley.
The issuer provides development and financing assistance to developing countries.
