Agence Francaise de Developpement talks two-year bonds at SOFR mid-swaps plus 22 bps area

Chicago, June 23 – Agence Francaise de Developpement is planning to price a benchmark dollar-denominated offering of two-year bonds, according to a notice.

The Regulation S notes are initially talked in the 22 basis points area over SOFR mid-swaps.

Bookrunners are BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Daiwa Securities America Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley.

The issuer provides development and financing assistance to developing countries.
