Moody's rates Colfax facilities Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba2 rating to Colfax Corp.'s refinanced credit facilities and affirmed the company's corporate family and probability of default ratings at Ba3 and Ba3-PD, respectively.

The ratings on the various new tranches of the senior secured credit facilities were rated Ba2.

Moody's also affirmed the rating on the term loan B that is to be reduced by approximately half to approximately $200 million.

The speculative grade liquidity rating was upgraded to SGL-2 from SGL-3 and the outlook was changed to stable from negative.

The Ba2 rating on the company's senior secured credit facilities is one notch above the corporate family rating due to their seniority in the capital structure.
