S&P upgrades Coinstar

Standard & Poor's said it raised Coinstar Inc.'s corporate credit rating and the issue-level rating on its unsecured debt to BB+ from BB.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said the upgrade reflects its view that good operating performance will continue over the intermediate term and that credit metrics will further strengthen due to EBITDA growth and debt paydown.
