AGCO to launch €200 million note offering April 5 week via Morgan Stanley

St. Louis, March 29 - AGCO Corp. is expected to launch an offering of €200 million of senior subordinated notes during the week of April 5, according to an informed source.

The tenor and call structure of the bond remain to be determined.

Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns & Co. will be joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to redeem $250 million of the company's 8½% senior subordinated notes due 2006.

The company is a Duluth, Ga., designer, manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment and related replacement parts.
