Moody's reviews AGA Medical

Moody's Investors Service said it placed AGA Medical Corp.'s B2 corporate family and probability-of-default ratings under review for downgrade.

Also on review are the company's B1 (LGD3; 42%) senior secured revolving credit facility and term loan.

The review was prompted by concerns about AGA's liquidity, according to the agency.
