Codere board vice chairman Masampe appoints individual representative

Pittsburgh, March 24 - Codere SA said shareholder-appointed proprietary director Masampe SL appointed D. José María Lastras Bermúdez as its individual representative, replacing D. Fernando Lorente Hurtado, according to a news release.

Masampe SL is the vice chairman of Codere's board and a member of the corporate governance and compliance committees.

Codere is a Madrid-based gaming company.
