Coca-Cola plans three-part offering of notes due 2028, 2031 and 2051

Chicago, Sept. 14 – Coca-Cola Co. intends to offer three series of notes with maturities in 2028, 2031 and 2051, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

The company is also conducting a concurrent offering of euro-denominated notes.

Proceeds from both offers will be used to fund the tender offer started on Monday, including both dollar-denominated and euro-denominated notes.

The new notes may be redeemed at the greater of a make-whole call and a par call.

Barclays, BofA Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Santander Investment Securities Inc. are the underwriters for the offering.

Coca-Cola is an Atlanta-based beverage company.
