Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 5 - Aftermarket Enterprises, Inc. completed a $2.12 million private placement of units on July 29, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The offering was conducted via agent Beaufort International Associates Ltd.
The company sold 4,230,932 units of two common shares and a warrant at $0.50 per unit.
Each three-year warrant is exercisable at $0.50.
Based in Irvine, Calif., Aftermarket Enterprises sells automotive accessories to owners of sport utility vehicles.
