Club Ventures: trustee names three to unsecured creditors committee

Charlotte, N.C., March 18 - Club Ventures Investments, LLC's official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Friday by Region 2 U.S. trustee Tracy Hope Davis, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee members are Tom Woodworth, of The Bravern, LLC of Seattle; Yasin Khan, representing RCK, LLC d/b/a Good Air Commercial & Service Division, located in Hollywood, Fla., and Michael Baione of Polar Air Conditioning, Inc. of New York.

Club Ventures, a New York-based operator of upscale health clubs, filed for bankruptcy on March 2. Its Chapter 11 case number is 11-10891.
