Moody's: CLP Holdings unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that the fall in CLP Holdings Ltd.'s earnings in the first half of 2012 has no immediate effect on its A2 issuer rating.

The outlook remains stable.

CLP Holdings reported a 13.7% drop in recurring earnings in the first half of 2012, after stripping out one-off items and fair value changes in its derivatives holdings.
