Clovis Oncology trustee forms unsecured creditors committee

Chicago, Dec. 22 – Clovis Oncology, Inc.’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy case has had an unsecured creditors committee appointed to it by Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The seven-member committee is comprised of Gary Bush representing Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA, Marc Brotman representing Pfizer Inc., Wesley Roberts representing Syneous Health, Dave Mack representing Iqvia, Sean Diver representing Lonza Ltd., Jon Larson representing MDcentRx, LLC and Brenda Bishop representing EMB Statistical Solutions, LLC.

The trustee’s office also scheduled a creditors meeting for Jan. 12.

Clovis Oncology is a Boulder, Colo.-based biopharmaceutical company. The company filed bankruptcy on Dec. 11 under Chapter 11 case number 22-11292.
