African Development Bank offers three-year dollar-denominated notes

Los Angeles, Sept. 11 – African Development Bank plans to issue dollar-denominated notes due Sept. 16, 2022, according to a notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities, Citi, Daiwa, HSBC and Societe Generale will act as managers.

The issuer is a multilateral development bank based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
