New York, Nov. 7 – African Development Bank is planning a dollar-denominated and benchmark-sized offering of five-year global Securities and Exchange Committee-exempt bonds, which was being talked to yield mid-swaps plus 12 basis points, according to a market source.

Barclays, BNP Paribas, JPMorgan and Wells Fargo are the bookrunners for the deal.

Pricing is expected to take place on Wednesday.

The issuer is a multilateral development bank based in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
